Ramanathapuram Eparchial Day and Reception for Major Archbishop Conducted with Grandeur:
Coimbatore: The 14th Eparchial Day of the Ramanathapuram Diocese, alongside a reception for Major Archbishop Mar Raphael Thattil, was conducted with grandeur at the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Ramanathapuram. The day's events commenced with a solemn community mass at 9:30 AM, concelebrated by Mar Raphael Thattil, the diocesan bishop Mar Paul Alappat, and other esteemed clergy. Following the mass, at 11 AM, the Major Archbishop engaged in a formal meeting with the diocesan priests, subsequently meeting with representatives of the religious orders at 11:30 AM, and finally, at 12 noon, with the lay members of the pastoral council.
The afternoon session began at 1:30 PM with a ceremonious public meeting, presided over by Mar Paul Alappat, and inaugurated by Mar Raphael Thattil. The diocesan pro-vicar general, Monsignor Joseph Alappadan, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished gathering. Fr. Shibu Naduvilparambil, the joint secretary of the Priestly Committee, delivered a comprehensive report detailing the activities and achievements of the diocese over the past three years. A. R. Jose, the secretary of the diocesan pastoral council, honored the Major Archbishop with a distinguished gift from the diocese.
A multitude of felicitations were extended by Fr. Jijo Pullukalayil, Fr. Dr. Sajeev Sugu Jacob, Denny C. Chacko, Fr. Jason Chothirakot, and Health Mother CHF Vice Provincial Sister Dr. Pushpa CHF, along with Raju Cheriyan. The ceremony also saw the honoring of clergy and religious members celebrating their jubilees, couples commemorating wedding anniversaries, award recipients, high achievers in school and university examinations, and various competition victors.
The general convener of the program and vicar of the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Fr. Martin Pattarumadathil, expressed heartfelt gratitude towards all attendees. In a gesture of profound respect and admiration, the officials of the Kerala Catholic Association Coimbatore, led by President A.K. Johnson, bestowed upon the Major Archbishop a ceremonial shawl, further embellishing the solemnity of the occasion.

കോയമ്പത്തൂർ : രാമനാഥപുരം രൂപതയുടെ14-ാമത് രൂപതാ ദിനവും, മേജർ ആർച്ച്ബിഷപ്പ് മാർ റാഫേൽ തട്ടിലിന് സ്വീകരണവും രാമനാഥപുരം പരിശുദ്ധ ത്രിത്വത്തിന്റെ കത്തീഡ്രലിൽ നടത്തി.രാവിലെ 9.30 ന് മാർ റാഫേൽ തട്ടിൽ പിതാവും , രൂപതാധ്യക്ഷൻ മാർ പോൾ ആലപ്പാട്ട് പിതാവും മറ്റു വൈദീകരും ചേർന്നുള്ള സമൂഹ ബലിക്കു ശേഷം 11 മണിക്ക് മേജർ ആർച്ച്ബിഷപ്പ് രൂപതയിലെ വൈദീകരുമായും, 11.30 ന് രൂപതയിലെ സന്യാസ പ്രതിനിധികളുമായും, 12- മണിക്ക് രൂപതയിലെ പാസ്റ്ററൽ കൗൺസിൽ അല്മായ അംഗങ്ങളുമായും കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച്ച നടത്തി. ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം 1.30 മണിക്ക് മാർ പോൾ ആലപ്പാട്ടിന്റെ അദ്ധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ ചേർന്ന പൊതുസമ്മേളനം മാർ റാഫേൽ തട്ടിൽ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.രൂപതാ പ്രോ.വികാരി ജനറാൾ മോൺ. ജോസഫ് ആലപ്പാടൻ സ്വാഗതം ആശംസിക്കും.രൂപതയുടെ കഴിഞ്ഞ മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തെ റിപ്പോർട്ട് വൈദിക സമിതി ജോയിന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി ഫാ. ഷിബു നടുവിൽപറമ്പിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. രൂപതാ പാസ്റ്ററൽ കൗൺസിൽ സെക്രട്ടറി എ. ആർ. ജോസ് മേജർ ആർച്ച്ബിഷപ്പിന് രൂപതയുടെ ഉപഹാരം നൽകി ആദരിച്ചു. ഫാ. ജിജോ പുല്ലു കാലായിൽ, ഫാ. ഡോ. സജീവ് സുഗു ജേക്കബ്, ഡെന്നി. സി.ചാക്കോ, ഫാ.ജെയ്സൺ ചോതിരക്കോട്ട്, ആരോഗ്യമാതാ സി എച്ച് എഫ് വൈസ് പ്രൊവിൻസ് പ്രൊവിൻഷ്യാൾ സിസ്റ്റർ.ഡോ. പുഷ്പ CHF, രാജു ചെറിയാൻ എന്നിവർ ആശംസകളർപ്പിച്ചു.രൂപതയിലെ ജൂബിലി ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന വൈദികർ, സന്യസ്തർ വിവാഹ വാർഷിക ജൂബിലി ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന ദമ്പതികൾ, അവാർഡ് ജേതാക്കൾ, സ്കൂൾ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി പരീക്ഷകളിൽ റാങ്ക് നേടിയവർ, വിവിധ മത്സര വിജയികൾ എന്നിവരെ ചടങ്ങിൽ ആദരിച്ചു. പ്രോഗ്രാം ജനറൽ കൺവീനറും ഹോളി ട്രിനിറ്റി കത്തീഡ്രൽ വികാരിയുമായ ഫാ. മാർട്ടിൻ പട്ടരുമഠത്തിൽ നന്ദി പറഞ്ഞു.
